As mentioned before Bleed is currently developing a new identity for Aker Brygge, and we are working closely together with the developer Norwegian Property and Architects Spacegroup and Ghilardi + Hellsten. The identity will be the new face of Aker Brygge after a complete remake of the area that is set to be finished in 2015. The main qualities of the new identity are intertwined with the core values of the New Aker Brygge, with emphasis on quality and contrast, and an open and dynamic street environment. We are working on an very exciting re-development project for Aker Brygge, which will be part of reviving this part of Oslo in the years to come. More details will be revealed on the 23rd of June. We are proud to show another part of our identity work for SKMU launched. New website built with css3, smooth and nice, giving you quick updates on what is the latest down south! Check it out.

While developing a new identity for the Sørlandets Kunstmuseum (SKMU) in Kristiansand, we also designed their catalogue for 2011. It is showing the upcoming exhibitions and is available directly at the museum. The catalogue focuses on the artists and is built up very simple, with the die-cut new logo on the frontcover. More on the identity later!

We are very proud to announce that we won Gold for Myspace in the category Corporate illustrations at the  European Design Awards 2011. This has been a very good year for us so far, and we are humbled to receive so much appreciation for our work!

Bleed has created the image identity for the repertoire of the National Theatre Oslo in 2011 and 2012. This time with a simple clear style and no photoshopping. It was great working with the actors and the photographer Sigurd Fandango!

We are excited to launch comoyo.com! A fast moving project, keeping us very busy these days. We start off with a launch site with videos created together with our very talented friends at Toxic. Check out comoyo.com and sign up as a beta-user!

The last year we have been lucky to be working on many design challenges for Telenor, as well as making telenor.no the best experience for the user. The content of the site have been totally reworked along with the design. This challenge have been about working with the overall look and feel down to the smallest detail. The redesign is still being implemented and programmed, but already had a clear positive effect on results for telenor.no.

Telenor Group is one of the world’s major mobile operators with 203 million mobile subscriptions. They have mobile operations in 11 markets and in additionally 11 markets through their 39,6 per cent ownership in VimpelCom Ltd.

This winter we got a great brief from Myspace: “Lead the rebranding efforts for Myspace. We have a new logo and entirely new site and are ready to design out the rest of our identity system”.

The revitalized brand is fresh and designed as a vessel that leverages Myspace brand equity and core culture allowing it to mature into a satisfying and engaging social entertainment entity. We communicate Myspace as the place where everyone can be whoever they want to be.

Giving the brand experience room to grow we use subtle typography and combine the logo with different corporate illustrations. The simple material and 3 way separation is the base. The visuals can be random from users of Myspace or generated by professionals.

Norwegian Property is in the early stages of an ambitious re-development project for Aker Brygge, a city area alongside the harbour of Oslo. They engaged Bleed to collaborate with architects, landscape architects and lighting designers to help realize their vision for this district of Oslo. It´s definitely a rare opportunity for our competencies to be drawn upon at such an early stage. We feel humble and excited to have been given the responsibility of re-branding Aker Brygge.
