Monier is a brand new office building which is planned to be finished Q2 2015. The building is owned by Norwegian Property.

Moniers visual identity is based on the building’s architecture which is cubistic and solid. The idea for the logo is derived from the building´s three different window shapes, which is an important characteristic of the Monier building.

As for the logotype, we created a custom typeface inspired by the original signage on the construction site. The alphabet is redrawn in three different widths to fit within Moniers three shaped window concept.

What the client say:
The Monier project has been an exciting experience from the very beginning. Early in the process Bleed identified the unique modular shape of the windows and merged these shapes with letters from the signage of the historic industrial area. This is exactly how we as a property developer like to approach design programs for our buildings. The dynamic use of the logo, both in terms of transparency and flexible letter elements, gives the design another dimension, rarely seen in property development projects. This has made our building stand well out in the market.
