Bleed has recently re-branded estate agents ihus. ihus is known to stand out and be unconventional in an otherwise fairly conservative industry and the new visual identity is no exception, says Annika Mørch strategy manager at Bleed. ihus were the first to have a casual dress code at viewings and a modern and informal style. This in combination with professional and quality-driven processes has made them very successful. Market leaders in east as well as central Oslo, and expanding steadily in west Oslo, the new identity is sure to further strengthen their position in the marketplace.
Erik Hedberg, senior designer at Bleed, talks about the idea behind the new visual identity: We wanted to create something new in the property business and feel we have achieved this through a timeless graphic expression; which reflects ihus spirit and core. Inspiration is taken from physical areas and constructions. We were also inspired by interiors and what makes each home personal.
To re-design and modernize our branding was a strategic decision, that is aimed at giving us a competitive advantage not only when it comes to attracting new customers, but also the best estate agents and franchisees. We are very pleased with how Bleed solved the challenge and we look forward to see all 12 offices change their appearance, says Fredrik Sanne, CEO at ihus.
